Synopsis
It is a dark and malevolent night in a city rotten to its core. A rich and beautiful woman – Maddy Sullivan, commits the cold-blooded murder of an innocent man and then begins her bold and reckless escape.
The following day Ray Reyes, a man trapped in the shadows of his guilty past, is released from prison. He returns to the dark city that was once his home and discovers his brother has been brutally murdered.
